SIAT-JSSI dataset --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are using this dataset in your research work, please kindly refer to one of the following papers: [1] Chunling Fan, Yun zhang, Raouf Hazaoui, Qingshan Jiang, Interactive Subjective Study on Picture-Level Just Noticeable Difference of Compressed Stereoscopic Images, in: IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and SignalProcessing (ICASSP), Brighton, May 2019. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reference images Source image: ./sourceimage Each source stereoscopic image includes the left view and right view image, named "**_l.bmp" and "**_r.bmp"; Ten source images are named with the order. 01:People, 02:Basketball, 03:Newsreport, 04:Treebranches, 05:Flower, 06:Computer, 07:Volleyball, 08:Pavilion, 09:Building, 10:Fruitstore. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The input stereoscopic image pairs were encoded with H.265 intra coding and JPEG2000 compression, respectively. H.265 intra coding HM-16.7-00 and FFMpeg-n3.2.8 for standard H.265 were adopted to encode each view of the stereoscopic images in intra-frame mode separately. FFMpeg-n3.2.8 was used to encode/decode between BMP and YUV. HM-16.7-00 was used to encode YUV into bit stream. The QPs were varied from 1 to 51 for both the left and right views. JPEG2000 compression We used MATLAB code “imwrite (image, imageName, ‘CompressionRatio’, CR)”, where CR ranges from 1 to 300. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Distorted image. 1. H.265: The distorted images are in H.265_xx.zip The distorted images of each source image are saved in a folder with the name of source image. e.g., "01_l_QP=10_ref.bmp" denotes the distorted image compressed with QP=10 for 01 reference image. 2.JPEG2000 the distorted images are in JP2K.zip e.g.,"01_l_014.j2k" denotes the distorted image compressed with ‘CompressionRatio’ (CR)=14 for 01 reference image. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Symmetric_PJND_Samples.xlsx includes four sheets: Sym_PRI_H265, Sym_PRI_JP2K, Sym_DRI_H265, and Sym_DRI_JP2K. The outliers are deleted according to the post-processing in [1].
