  3. Registration Policy
    • Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one author registration before July 15, 2025 (23:59, UTC/GMT +8).
    • One author registration can cover up to two papers.
    • Non-author (Regular/Student) registration cannot cover any papers.
    • In author registration, IEEE member includes IEEE student member.
    • Accepted papers MUST be registered by the author registration (not by any regular/student registrations) before July 15, 2025. Failed registration might result in automatic withdrawal.
  4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    • All refund/cancellation must be requested on our registration page by July 1, 2025 23:59, UTC/GMT +8).
    • Administrative fee of 30% CNY will be deducted from each refund.
    • NO REFUND is provided after July 15, 2025 (23:59, UTC/GMT +8).
    • NO REFUND is provided for no-shows.
